In March 2020, at the start of the COVID-19 restrictions, I wondered “What was I going to do with all the 'free time' I now suddenly had on my hands?” After being housebound for some weeks, I pondered about opening a business that I could do from my home. But what type of business?
Over many years, I have achieved Certifications in Pharmacy Studies, Health and Wellness Lifestyle Management, Complementary Care Practitioner, Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy Bodywork, and others. I drew on my knowledge and varied related experience from fields of Health & Wellness to dive deep into the world of soapmaking, to formulate my own brand of quality handmade soaps. And from this endeavor, my home-based business, Essential Sudz, was created.
My Crafted-by-Hand, All-Natural Products, are made with carefully chosen organic, natural, ethically sourced, and certified organic ingredients. No palm oils, parabens, phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colourants, or artificial fragrances are incorporated into any of my formulations. My products are scented using only premium quality essential oils. Great for your body, great for the environment!

My preference is for the Cold Process Method of crafting soaps as I find that this technique best preserves the beneficial properties and mostly fragile nature of essential oils used in my recipes.
After all the encouraging and positive feedback received thus far, I made the decision to make my products available online, to give customers what I hope to be, a seamless and easier way to purchase my hand-crafted soaps.
